We are only able to change your address as long as it has not been shipped yet (even after checkout).
・ Hiraya is not responsible for any incomplete address information. If there is a failure of delivery due to this, shipping fees will not be refunded.
・ If the order has been returned due to failed delivery attempts on behalf of the receiver, re-shipping is possible but will be charged to the buyer (cost up to 15 USD).
・ The risk of loss and other responsibilities for handling will be passed on to you once you take possession of the products. Hiraya is not responsible for any items or parcels that have been lost after this.
・ If applicable, tax, customs fees and other handling fees based on your country will be the receiver’s responsibility. If no fees are charged and the package is returned to us, we will refund your purchase but will deduct shipping and customs fees from the total paid price in association with re-entering the country from which they left (Tokyo, Japan).
