HOW DOES PRE-ORDER HAPPEN?

1. Cut off date: Every third Friday of the month at the end of the day (11:59)

You can pre-order the items that are not yet in stock anytime on or before the cut-off date.

All purchases made after the cut-off date cannot be canceled and will automatically be sent to you once it has been produced.

2. We send the orders to our manufacturers the next day in the morning.

You can only cancel your pre-order on or before the said cut-off date (11:59 pm)

3. Please give us around 20-30 days for production

Domestic shipping (Japan) takes about 2-4 days depending on how far you are from Tokyo

International shipping will take about 7-12 days depending on your location. Please note that this could extend due to customs rules and obligations based on your country.
